Refund Policy: Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all custom or personalized items are final sale and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has begun. Refunds or replacements will only be issued if the item is received defective or with a production error. In the event of a defect, customers must notify us within 10 days of receipt and provide photos of the issue so we can evaluate and resolve it promptly. We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided information, including but not limited to spelling, design approvals, sizes, or colors that were approved prior to production.
