Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all custom or personalized items are final sale and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has begun. Refunds or replacements will only be issued if the item is received defective or with a production error. We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided information, including but not limited to spelling, design approvals, sizes, or colors that were approved prior to production.
